Simpson Pro Rage
« on: May 02, 2016, 12:55:01 pm »
Hello everyone,

I've been using my Simpson Pro Rage unit for a few years now, I've been happy with it. I made the change to a Lajoie containment seat over the winter and am now running into an issue with it apply pressure the base of my neck where the straps connect to the device. Its a little uncomfortable now but not unbearable. I seem to think I've heard about this issue but I don't recall where. Anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,

Eric

Was the Lajoie seat made to fit you or did you buy from someone else? I have had mine for about 5 years with no issues with harness or hans.

Its a custom seat that was made for someone else. It fits me well with the exception of this little issue.

After reading Simpsons manual of the pro rage is does make mention of a possible issue of the seat wanting to push the device forward. It talks about some sort of carvible seat padding.
