I believe they are only doing it on the flat/short tracks.

I ran a 120 RR on a 3/8 banked clay track this year with moderate success, lost too many right side nerf bars, running boards, and fenders thought, going heavier next year

How soft is very soft?

We went

RF 275
LF 240

RR 215
LR 185

Car drove better than it ever had, we ran a 4/10 mile asphalt.

200 LF 225RF
135LR 150RR

Everyone one else is on much harder springs. I just struggle to drive with the hard springs.
