Very nice looking.  So does it show both minimum and maximum wheelbase?

Mike

Totally jealous of the stand you have there.

the marks I scribed on the slider probably aren't that accurate, what I've done is lock the bolt down on the slider then use a good tape measure to get the measurement....not as good as some have but then again it's better then what I had ( which was nothing  :) ).

Nice tool.  your quite the fabricator.  We have one that has a stop at min and max but we use a tape on it anyway to make sure.

Do you sell the wheel gauge?  If so, how much?  I live in Philadelphia, PA

Hi Lenny,

Unfortunately, Al has not been on the site in some time. The thread is from '08 and he was posting the pics for anyone interested in building a similar tool. I have no further information and have not heard from Al in a few years. Sorry!

I did a quicky version of the gauge without the adjustable end.  It hooks the wheel edge on the one end and gives me a flat level surface to run the tape measure along to measure up to the other wheel rim.
