.0420 = 99.4 jet
.0430 = 101.3 jet
.0440 = 103.1 jet
.0450 = 105 jet

Hope this helps answer your questions about drill bit size! Good luck guys!

I have just started reading older threads as we are having hesitation issues on the drop of the green, once moving it seems fine.  Looks like a cleaning is in order.  Now I see this about the jets, can anyone point us to a good source of larger jets? I don't want to drill as I am sure to mess that up, also want the old jets to put back just in case.  Any pointers on adjusting the air flow after upsizing the jets?

There is no "magic" jetting for Bandos.  It will depend on how much airflow you have.  This will depend on how well your carb is blueprinted, and your particular engine's heads, intake, cam, etc.  Since you cant break seals and go into the engine to blueprint the internal parts, the only way is to maximize your carb on a flowbench, then tune carb, valves, jetting, etc. on a dyno.  EACH BANDO IS DIFFERENT.  Sorry, but thats the only accurate way to do it and maximize your HP.

I have a full range of Bando jets in stock from 110 - 135.
