I'm wondering as to the legality of Jap import engines to use on dirt speedway, I can't remember if I read somewhere that engine specifically made for bike in Japan where not allowed to be used in legend cars.?

If you’re speaking of the new FZ09 engine, rules state that you can only run the INEX Sealed version of that engine as supplied by USLC. If you’re speaking of the original FJ1200 engine, you can either use the INEX Sealed FJ1250 or open FJ1200, which I assume you are referring to. As of today, there are roughly 20 competitors at our local dirt track on a weekly basis, so far only one car is equipped with the new FZ09 engine. Hope this helps!
